kasey anthony is a sociopath who needs to be locked up for life in a cell painted with pics of the daughter she malsiously murdered and burried, she never shed a tear for her dUGHTER she only cried for herself and AT the fact that she might go down for what she did to kaylee. she should be put to death.
Vengence is not ours sayeth the Lord. God will take care of her. just you watch and see. Before too long, she will long for Jail. Because life on this earth is going to be HELL for HER! God will either hit her with a terminal illness, or put her next to OJ Simpson!
She is guilty and i dont know how she can sleep at night knowing she killed that baby if it was someone else they would of been found guilty. And for her to get treated like shes a movie star no one else would be treated that way what makes her special. I didnt know to get good things to happen to you you had to go out and do something bad because thats the way it looks with her. And far as her getting on a private plane to leave Florida i dont think that happened i think she is right in Florida at her mom’s house if that was the case where she got on a private plane to go to another state or city for that matter someone would of seen her or heard about it. Shes in Florida at her mom’s where no one will expect her to be.
the way i see it if the jurers found her not guilty, it’s not that they didnt believe she did it they just didnt have enough evidence to prove that she did ,im not sure myself if she did it anymore , no one has the right to accuse her if they dont know for sure ,in my opinion the only one who knows what really happened is the man up in the sky.
Every time I look at my beautiful grandchild my heart aches for a little girl lost. Caylee did not get justice from any of those who professed to love her so, so sad. If I ever murder someone I want Chaney Mason to deliver closing arguments in my case. I could not believe how effective he was in convencing all 12 jurors that they could not convict her if they had any iowta of a doubt of how she died. If I had sat on that jury we would still be debating her guilt. Somehow I think the jury missed the fact that as a juror you have the right to believe or disbelieve the evidence given. It is amazing to me that a juror would have the audasity to come out and say we all thought she was guilty. There whole reason for being there was to decide guilt or innocence. Hosea Bias paraded a bunch of well paid experts to give another opinion to confuse the jury. That did not mean the states witnesses were wrong. I wish they had took death off the table, maybe then the jury would have charged her with murder at the very least aggravated child abuse. Now I think the state should sue her for all the money they spent on this fiasco. The fact that they stated she drowned is hogwash as we all know in our hearts. But since they clearly stated that’s what happened that should be proof that she should have to pay back the states money, as well as the volunteers money because she knew where that poor child’s body was the whole time.

there’s no way she can have a fair trial , when the news has been blasting this 24/7 for the last 3 years. have we all for got innocent until proven guilty, it looks like everyone has made up there minds already and thats a shame. everyone should open up there minds instead of letting the media and news poison it . just because she doesnt act a certain way or just because she lies doesnt mean she is a murderer, she is a troubled young lady . you must focus on the evidence and ask yourself is that enough to convince you that she is guilty and is it enough to put her to death? you may not like her and weather you want to believe this , you have been brain washed ( influenced) by t.v. and the media and news for the past 3 years. someone has to pay and it should be her casey anthony, it will make everyone feel like justice has been served for caylee. The 3 most scariest words are JURY BY TRIAL.

That poor baby! Just think! You were born, full of potential, and then your Mommy who was supposed to love you so much, killed you. And now your life is over and you never even had a chance to live it. How would you like to be that baby, Casey? And not only that, but just think of what sweet beautiul Caylee could have offered the world. She could have been an artist, a singer, a dancer, an actress. But we’ll never know. And thanks to who? Casey Anthony, the selfish, heartless, cold, murderer. Hide your two year olds, if they get in her way, she suffocates them like she did to her own baby. This woman is not innocent in any way shape or form and she deserves to live and die in prison with the agonized face of her baby as she killed her, taking over her mind.

Casey Anthony is 150% guilty! Yes she killed her daughter, her poor precious baby. Slaughtered her with her cold frozen heart. She should be found guilty because she is!!! Yes I agree, she should rot in prison! Death penalty, that’s too easy. Too quick, too polite. Where is the justice, Americans?!! She killed an innocent girl, a baby, and we’re just gonna kill her and that’s the end? No way! She’s gonna sit in her cell until the day she dies and maybe just maybe (but I seriously doubt it) she’ll regret what she’s done. All I can say is, let Justice be served! And let Caylee be avenged!
I have believed from the beginning that she is guilty. She is an evil person,,not fit to live among decent people, so, while I don’t believe her life should be taken, she should be put in prison for life without the promise of parole…ever!
A lot of people say that the way Casey Anthony acted after Caylee disappeared; partying, etc, points to her guilt. I think it actually proves the case that it was NOT premeditated, surely she would have had some story in place? I think she was probably frantic, in total denial, and she kept going out and doing things because if she stopped to think even for a minute WTF am I gonna do?, she would completely fall apart. It was her way of holding it together. I think it was an accident. That family is so dysfunctional, and Cindy so controlling, that certainly if Casey had by negligence let Caylee die, she would have been thrown out in the street. She had to keep perpetuating that lie about the nanny, which she invented in the first place to cover up her lack of a job to her mother. Once she got started on that path, she couldn’t stop anymore. I think maybe Caylee did drown in the pool, whether George was involved, I don’t know, since she accused him in court, its quite possible that he found out what happened, or came home when Casey was supposed to be watching Caylee and found her dead in the pool, and somehow convinced Casey to cover it up in order to cover up something HE didn’t want found out. Maybe they were covering for each other. Remember all those jailhouse talks (you’re the best grandfather and father in the world)? Then Casey borrows the shovel. but decides against it and puts Caylee in the trunk instead. She can’t figure out what to do next, but then the inevitable happens and the body starts to smell. So, then she duct tapes her mouth, wrapping the tape around her head, in order to make the kidnapping story sound more plausible, and then try to blame it on zanny the nonexistent nanny. That’s really what I think might have happened, to me it just doesn’t fit that she got up one morning and thought “I’m gonna off that kid, and everything will be fine”
Its my opinion that Casey Anthony did indeed kill her daughter, but it was more likely an accidental overdose than a premeditated plan. I think she drugged Caylee, has probably done it on numerous occasions, and this time poor little Caylee ended up dead. Caylee most likely spent many hours drugged unconscious in the trunk of Casey’s car. If she had planned the murder in advance, I think she might have had a better plan in place to be able to explain away Caylee’s disappearance. And the drowning theory just can’t be true. Think about it. Would George Anthony really take his poor, beloved dead granddaughter and just dump lher in the woods to be gnawed on by animals? And keep it from Cindy? I’m not buying it. Personally, I think death is too good for Casey Anthony. Too easy. She’s incredibly vain, narcissistic, and self-centered. Well, what better punishment for her to spend year after year, losing her looks, getting fat and old, in prison. I don’t think she’d handle that very well. I hope they find her guilty, at the least manslaughter. She is definitely responsible for her child’s death and she needs to pay for it.

This trial is like a first look at 911..you can’t look away. Being a mother I can remember when my daughter was 2 and I was at Goodwill and she went missing..fell asleep under a spindle of clothes..the panic, the tears, the rising fear, frantically searching for her..not just me everybody in the store! When my son went missing at 8 in a foreign country, my daughter missing in the middle of the great ice storm and she was 14. Casey’s a narcissistic sociopath who’s a pathological liar. Yah, she needs to be in general pop if convicted. The rest will take care of itself.

I think Casey Anthony was motivated by her need for money and a boyfriend to impress her mother. As part owner of a club, Tony was just the ticket…but there was one problem. Tony didnt like kids. The IM messages showed how Tony basically gave Casey an all-or-nothing choice, and Casey chose him over her child. Ladies…NEVER choose a man over your own child! There is no worse kind of mother than that…and she has proved that very thoroughly.
My intuition (borderline psychic) told me that she got the idea to accuse her father of molesting her from a fellow inmate. In reading the letters they exchanged, I feel my hunch is confirmed. This is yet another ploy……
How any mother can not let anyone know that she hasn’t seen her little girl for over a month, says just about everything there is to say. We live in a horrible world and there are tons of horrible people out there, perhaps Cayce is one. Regardless, it’s a very tragic story.
My daughter pointed out to me that Zani as in the Zani Nannie, is slang for Zanex. Wonder if she ever used them on her daughter for a babysitter. Maybe she overdosed her,she kept her hid until it was to late to prove it. Amy nailed it yesterday when she said she looked just like a 16 year old being caught doing something bad by her mom. I think shes spoiled and selfish and gone to far to be rehibilitated. 200,000 for her defence Her parents or whoever paid for her defence are just contributing to the wrong cause. They know just how rotten their daughter is and still want her free. Give me a break. At what cost people,they better start praying for her soul.
I am a mother of two girls. I had them both in my early 20′s . I cannot fatrhom then or now ever hurting them and if they disappeared for a split second, I was freaking out trying to find them. Casey Anthony did not do that and didn;t care for her daughter even when it was clear she had been missing/killed/kidnapped/accidently killed in the pool. I cannot believe she could go on with life no matter what happend to her daughter. I know your suppossed to be innocent until proven guilty but casey is so guilty. She killed her daughter , tried too cover it up and then went on with life as if she didnt give birth to her and she wasn’t her flesh in blood. God bless everyone, My daughter passed on to heaven in 2008, from cancer , some of the doctors and nurses was mean,I fought so hard trying to keep her alive I prayed hard so hard , I wiped the tables and kept her clean but God took her, as I went on with my life forgiving the doctors and nurses and staying postive focusing on God, we are all human but there is supernatural spirits , that are called demons, Casey had to have a evil spirit in her, she was weak all she did was party, she was spoil and wanted all of the intention to her, She could really die for what she did, Little Caylee is in heaven, she is alive in Christ , God has guided her holy soul to heaven, Caylee still loves her momie,children see no bad, what I am trying to convey is remember Jesus divine words he without sin cast the first stone, for instance saying mean wordsto people curseing them making jokes about people, wishing deathon people these can make people comitt suicide or low self esteem, I say whatever the discision forgive her ask God to come into her heart so that demon in her can go back to hell, demons are spirits that are truly evil, they try toleap on people that are not prayed up . I would just like to ask how many of you defending Casey would wait 31 days to report your child missing? I put up flyers for my dogs the same day they get out of the gated area.
She did it Alright. She will get the at least Life in Prison. I do not doubt that for a minute. If she is allowed to walk free she will never be safe. She will have to changer her Identity and flee the U.S. which she’s not smart enough to do, so she’s a cooked goose either way.
Part of the problem IS people.shows like Nancy Grace. Of course it’s going to take forever to seat a jury, but even OJ Simpson got 24 people (in two separate trials) who could decide on his fate. My concern is her parents will lie for her and just make the whole thing cost Florida more money as they are forced to work out what is truth and what isn’t. Their media blitz all over America has been nothing but self-serving. But they forget it’s engraved in stone now and they will have to answer for the contradictions. I can’t wait for the trial, only because I seek the truth and the truth will be known.
We all remember the O.J. Simpson trial. How we all just KNEW he would be found guilty correct? Well we all know how it turned out. I do not know if Casey did this or not but I have seen plenty of other cases where someone was found guilty and put on death row only to have a lawyer who actually gives a care get them out with DNA evidence. The Bible does say an “an eye for an eye”. But the Bible also says, “Judge not least ye be judged” and “Let the first among you without sin cast the first stone.” I know when I saw some of the pictures of Casey I remember thinking that most likely most of us have moments we would not want shared by someone taking a random picture but it doesn’t mean that most of us are evil, horrible people. I also know that the police sometimes jump on the first suspect they think they can nail and they do it up good! I don’t know what the case is here but maybe we should all wait and see what the evidence actually is. And as far as the Anthony’s go, I have a son and no matter what he has ever done wrong, it has not caused me to stop loving him and I know no matter what I will always love him even if I hate what he does. For this reason, I can’t even imagine what the Anthony’s are going through right now. Michael Jackson’s Memorial was today and I think it would be a wonderful thing if we all tried to be more like Michael and if we all tried to say a kind word rather than hateful words, the world would be a better place.

This is a no win situation for any and all persons involved. I think Casey is 110% guilty as homemade sin. I think a slow, agonizing, tortureing death would be appropriate, although that is not for me to decide. If she walks, how long do you honestly think she will survive because she will be punished one way or another on this earth. But the real punishment is going to be when she meets her maker. I wouldn’t want to be in her shoes. I do not think Casey is “insane” by no means. She is so narcasistic she thinks she can talk her way out of anything. I hope that Casey gets lwop. She should live the rest of her days behind bars with no contact with the outside. She chose this for herself by her actions. Whether or not she murdered Caylee or it was an accident is beside the point. She is obviously a sociopath and should not be aloud to continue her fantasy. When I think about what Caylee may have gone through I feel physical pain. Even if she used chloroform, Caylee still suffered, and the way her body was disposed, no one should be discarded like that. I know something good will come of this, maybe one young mom will see Casey and decide to get help. She will never have peace until she tells the truth and that is what she deserves.
I wonder what goes through the mind of these poor children as they are being killed by the person that is supposed to love them. It’s their last thought in life. I also think the whole Anthony family is crazy, if their grandchild had been missing for a month, why did they wait that long to do something? If that had been my grandchild missing even for a day, my foot would have been planted where the sun dont shine and my daughter would have produced that baby or fessed up to me. She would have been held accountable immeditley. They are all nuts!
Lynn, like you I believe everyone should have a fair trial. I still believe this is entirely possible for Casey, if she chooses a more competent attorney. But the bottom line is the American People are not responsible for putting Casey Anthony in her current situation. She has put herself there, by her acts (allegedly murdering her precious baby), her failure to act (31 days), her lifestyle (no one held a gun to her head to take those party pix), her very obvious lies (the Zani Nanny, the kidnapping, her job, etc, etc, etc), her thievery (45G! from her parents, $500+ from her grandparents, $700+ {every cent she had} from her bff $100 here, $200 there, from various friends that she either never paid back {Ryan P} or paid back with a bad check {Jesse G}).
I know the Anthony’s have been hell bent on making everyone doubt everything LE has been presenting as evidence since day 31; but in my world 1+1 still equals 2. Casey had Caylee when they left the house together 6/16, no one ever see’s Caylee alive again. A few hours after Casey leaves the A home the second time (as verified by computer use and cell phone pings) Casey is video taped with her boyfriend renting videos, no Caylee in sight, that night or any night.
Zanny doesn’t exist, the apartment doesn’t exist, Casey’s job doesn’t exist. Jeff and his son Zach don’t exist. Now thanks to Casey, Caylee no longer exists. Because of this, as much as Casey deserves a fair trial, I’m much more concerned in seeing JUSTICE for Caylee, because if it is left up to Casey and the Anthony’s that’s one more thing that won’t exist.

To be totally honest my husband and I are drawn to Nancy Grace every night; desperate to hear that the Florida authorities have new leads on the Cummings child… instead Nancy goes off on her nightly tangent about Casey Anthony! Give it a rest, PLEASE!

Of course, the subject matter cuts deep into the human psyche and soul, so it should come as no surprise that people are riveted. Can Casey Anthony get a fair trial? In this day and age of round-the-clock news and commentary on radio, TV, in newspapers and magazines and on the Internet, prosecutors and defense attorneys must work harder than every to select a jury that make judgments based on evidence presented in a courtroom, not what they read or see on TV.
