POP WARBLER Michael Jackson kept an astonishing “death-hoax diary” explaining how he would fake his death of a heart attack and telling when he would come out of hiding, a family friend who claims to have found the journal “among Michael’s personal effects” tells derekclontz.com exclusively.

“There’s too much pressure, pressure, pressure … pressure everywhere I turn …” a diary entry dated Nov. 17, 2008 is alleged to say in part.
“I don’t know who I am, not anmore (sp). Maybe I’m just a father to my children. Maybe I’m washed up.
“The drugs are (illegible) a toll … (illegible) … I’m not addict. But I can’t stop …
“If Elvis … (illegible) … so can I.
“I’ll have a ‘heart attack’ from drugs like he did (yeah, right!)
“I’ll come back, but only when I’m ready. Bigger than Elvis in ’69.
“Maybe 2009 at Christmas. Or maybe the New Year is better.
“A back-from-dead tour, a real Thriller. But I have to rest. I’m tired. I’m not (thinking) clearly.
“It’s the drugs.
“A lot of fans still love me. (Some) people hate me. Thing (sp) will be different (after this) …”
Jackson insiders declined to comment – officially – on the report. But as one privately put it, “We love Michael no matter what.”
The friend who leaked portions of the diary also was tight lipped, saying only, “There are over 60 pages (of it) that I will release to the family through my lawyer and they can do what they want with it. It doesn’t belong to me. It belongs to Michael and his loved ones.”
Other sources confirm that Jackson, 50, had spoken of a death hoax “on several occasions” in 2008 and also in 2009, although the reported discovery of the diary that outlines his plans seemed to come as a surprise to everyone contacted by derekclontz.com.
A paint-by-numbers account of a death hoax, in the superstar’s own handwriting, could lead to serious legal problems, say legal observers, especially if the journal is perceived by insurance companies and the authorities to be a blueprint for fraud.
“I hope to God the diary is legit,” said a Jackson confidante who requested anonymity. “If Michael really is alive, if he orchestrated all this, if he faked his own death, then nobody will be happier than me. As for fraud – nope, no way.
“Michael wouldn’t commit fraud. He’s not trying to collect insurance. He’s protecting himself. He’s doing this for his children. I’ll guarantee it.”
News of Jackson’s “death” on June 25 stunned the world. In fact, within hours of the ann0uncement by authorities, fans had already begun to speculate that he was still alive and had gone into hiding. Subsequent reports suggested that he was, indeed, perpetrating a hoax to escape the pressures of life in the public eye.
Scooping the world, derekclontz.com reported Jackson had been spirited to Asheville, North Carolina and then to Eastern Europe, where it is thought that he might be holed up in Hungary, or even in Russia, where hundreds of people claim to have spotted him in Moscow.
Micheal… I don’t know if you can hear this but if you can… I understand why you did what you had to do. If you think it’s time to stop hiding, i’m okay with that. But, we miss you and so do your kids. Micheal… please. You don’t have a choice. Hold the hands of everyone who knows you…and come back.

I just read the Michael Jackson bio, and it was extremely sad. It gives you a good insight on how his life was. Didn’t seem happy at all.
This is absolutely ridiculous. You honestly would believe Michael would plot to fake his own death? For god’s sake, the poor man is dead and all most people can think about is when is he coming back? as if he went into hiding? How simple minded are people honestly!? His own children were put through the ordeal of watching their father be buried! This idea that he lied to millions of his loving fans, lied to the media, lied to the fucking law, is absurd. I know those diary entry’s are legit. Michael had alot going on, he had so many people against him and he was charged for things he never did. I hope he comes back soon and gives us the show of a lifetime. I love Michael. . . and he will be back.
I don’t know what to really think about all of this. I have given this a lot of thought. I thought there was no way he could plan his death, and manage to get all of the different agencies on board with it. But, then I started to think about it more, and then I realized that it could be possible that he might not be dead. I’m thinking that he did die, but that he was resuscitated at the hospital, and convinced his family and law enforcements to make everyone believe he was dead, because he is trying with law enforcement to implicate the real person who tried to kill him. During the 2005 trial he told Dick Gregory that someone was threatening to kill him, and I think it is the reason why Michael left the country after the trial. I also think its the reason he left Neverland. He told Dick Gregory he didn’t trust some of the people working there. And, then there is Dr. Tohme Tohme who was Michael’s supposed financial advisor, who Michael fired a month before his death. According, to Michael’s spiritual advisor, Judith Gaitlin, she stated Michael told her that he had threatened him after Michael dismissed him, and that he had told him he would bring death and destruction to him and his family. Maybe I’m seeing conspiracy where they might not exist, but something is smelly here, and I just know we haven’t heard everything yet. So do I think Michael could still be alive? Maybe. When will he come back if he is alive? I think if he is alive, I think we’ll see him appear at the Dr. Conrad Murray trial. I can’t imagine Michael letting someone go down for his death if he is still alive. I hope I’m right about all of this, but I guess time will truly tell this story. Hey Michael we all know you read these posts so you may as well let the world know you did fake your own death. Everyone knows you were really Dave Dave on Larry King live. Are you out of your mind? You sat there talking in your own voice. Instead of causing all the upheaval faking your own death, and causing many of your fans to commit suicide over that, why didn’t you just take an extended vacation and rest if you were really under so much pressure? I will tell you why, because this is all a game for you. Faking your own death right in the middle of all that court shit to divert everyone’s attention from that, get the tabloids off your back, and wait and see what people said to see if the world really cared about you and loves you. The answer is yes, we all love you but you should get off your ass and let everyone know you are still alive because what you did was not cool at all. If you want people to love you, then be honest and tell them the truth and be a man of your word. Set an example for your children and show them you are an honest upstanding and responsible person and stop playing games with yourself and others. This is your life, Michael. If the drugs are a problem then check yourself into a detox and get off of them. You have your children to think about, and you certainly are setting a REALLY LOUSY example for them of how an honest upstanding respectable person such as yourself should conduct your life. WAKE UP AND TAKE CONTROL. Michael if you do not take control over your own life, then WHO WILL??????? Make a press conference and tell the world it was a publicity stunt and that you did not mean to hurt anyone, but you need to make this right and now is the time- DO NOT WAIT. I am TOTALLY with you guys in thinking something is up- However, I believe the “diary hoax” is just that – a hoax. The way his thoughts were written just doesn’t – it’s not how a person normally would write in their diary, let alone be on downers as well. Number one – the closing of the entry was written as if it was written to the reader. It was letting the reader know the cause of their manic ideas. Why would you need to explain the reason to yourself as the writer/creator? Number 2 – The type of medication he took were downers and very strong. I don’t know if any of you been on medications in the same family, but you can’t even think clearly, let alone coordinate yourself for that matter! Just look at Michael when he was on his way to a trial from a doctors office – he needed a lot of assistance. So, just think about it… Where would Michael get the energy to think up these complex/racing ideas to execute in hope of saving himself and his business if he was on pills to shut him down? The racing, complex, random thoughts to stir up a hoax just sounded very manic and not something that would come from someone who is taking strong medications to knock yourself out – Just my 2 cents.

I was just 6 years old when I began to adore Michael Jackson
I had seen his Thriller music video and loved it because you NEVER EVER saw music videos being portrayed as movies. And the best part about it was their were zombies!:) even though I am afraid of them. Haha:) but the video that made me fall head-over-heels for him was his “You Rock My World” video. Michael YOU rocked my world 
I was only like 8 or 9 but WOW, completely had my heart! For my 9th birthday ALL I wanted was the Invincible album and sure enough I got it 
I was so happy all day I’d just replay “You Rock My World.” I had this theory that one day I’d meet Michael and I’d marry him but of coarse I was a child then& I believed I’d make that dream come true but as I got older I came to realize that I didn’t think it ever would 
I also thought that maybe I could be like one of those lucky girls he was always after in his videos 
and everyone laughed but I didn’t care. I remember I sat by the TV during the time he had court and I waited and cried hoping he wouldn’t be found guilty. And I was so relieved to know he wasn’t. After that I remember watching his greatest hits on DVD that I had. I wasn’t ashamed at school to let it be known that I LOVED Michael Jackson and I was in middle school and kids at that age can be very mean :/ they called me Michael Jackson they teased me but I didn’t care that they called me that it was more of the getting teased for loving someone they thought was a bad person, it’s funny because NOW those people are starting to see the person that he is. And they are starting to love him after he is gone. But they aren’t real fans, they are the ones who hurt and teased him too! It’s sad but hopefully these people learn a lesson they will NEVER forget. Two weeks before his death my brother and I were driving around and we kept hearing mj’s music and I thought it was my brothers cd but he then told me Michael was having this big tour and that it would be his last. I was so sad to hear it would be his last that I was sort of disappointed but only because I knew it was his last and I knew there was no way I could ever go to it. 
on that day of June 25 I jumped into the shower and for some reason I turned on the radio and Thriller was playing. Well I was singing and dancing my butt off not knowing the reason why they were playing it. Right after the song had finished the radio host had announced “Michael Jackson has just died, he was only 50 years old” :’( WOW I cried my eyes off in the bathroom for a good 10 min. Then I finally got out to ask my little sister who is also a big fan if she had knew. She couldn’t tell that I was crying because I was still dripping wet in shock that he was gone. 
I cried and cried forever. the whole summer I was in denial. I hardly came out of my room. I would cry in front of my family and they would tell me “he’s gone already sweetie, you have to let it go” but how in the world are you suppose to let something like that go!?!?!? IMPOSSIBLE! I’m pretty much still in denial till this very day and I BELIEVE that he is still ALIVE 
I never got to meet him, been to a show, or anything big. The closest I’ve ever been to him is in my dreams 
and sometimes that’s good enough. I Love You Michael

I honestly and truthfully wish all of this was true but I saw a real, certified death certificate for him released by the coroners and yes he did use a variety of drugs to act as a “sleeping pill” such as propofol. Im doubting that any of you saw this is it. If you did you would have noticed him almost falling over dead from exhaustion. He could barely talk at times he was so tired. But everything he did was for love. L O V E. That was his message to the world and to all of his fans. I am a devout Jehovah’s Witness and at first it was hard for me to believe that he used to be one but then as I watched this is it I saw a kind, humble man who had lost his way.

I don’t really care WHAT that diary says. Michael Jackson IS alive!!! Diary or no diary. First of all, let’s look at this logically. Okay? We NEVER saw a body. We don’t know if there was EVER a body in the casket to begin with. As for Paris–yeah–she seemed to be sincere; however, if you look closely, there were NO “tears.” I believe the entire Jackson family KNOW that Michael chose to get out of the spotlight and devote the rest of his life to his children. Also, Dr. Murray (who supposedly was the doctor RESPONSIBLE) has NOT been charged with ANYTHING. In fact, he is STILL practicing medicine. Doesn’t anyone think this is strange. I also know for a fact that MJ often would place a mannequin in the back of an ambulance to distract the Media and escape in the opposite direction. What a genius Michael was/and still is!!! Main point–on November 16, 2009, I was home at lunchtime and began choking. I ran to my phone and dialed 911 (I was by myself and could not speak or breathe). It was terrifying. I banged on the phone. A minute later, a cop came into my house. He saw I was in trouble and said help was on the way. A minute after that, TWO (not one–but TWO) ambulances were there for me. They immediately tried to get me to the hospital AS THEY WERE WORKING ON ME. Now–I’m a “nobody.” By that, I mean I’m not anything like Michael (who happens to be a SUPERSTAR). I asked several paramedics what would they have done if a victim is unconscious. They all said the same thing. Work on the victim WHILE being transported to the hospital. But, the LA paramedics stayed at MJ’s house and worked on him there for OVER AN HOUR BEFORE transporting him to UCLA Medical Center???? NO WAY. I’m not buying that. EMT’s are NOT professionals. They would NOT work on someone for that length of time. And, if MJ had been dead at the scene, it is the responsibility of the paramedics to declare the person as DOA (dead on arrival or dead on the scene). Police would have to be called on the scene for that particular situation also. So, because of all of these reasons; and also knowing that Michael did NOT like touring and, in August 2008, actually turned down performing 30 shows in London, I believe Michael Jackson is alive and well. I don’t know WHERE he’s at; but, it is guaranteed that his entire family are in on it, support him AND his decision and he will be spending Christmas with his children (the most important people on this Earth to him). Besides, I’m in love with Michael. I don’t believe he’s gone. I still feel his presence. As for people saying some fans would be hurt, pissed off, or whatever. Let me say this–Michael did NOT do this to HURT his fans or anyone else for that matter. But, for once in his life, Michael Jackson did something FOR himself. Can’t he, at least, do that??? He gave us 45 years of himself. That’s enough. The least WE (his fans) can do is to continue to love him, support his decision, and give him all of our understanding, space, and, most of all, let’s give him a break!!!! I don’t think his kids could have put on that act. I also don’t think he would make his kids think he is dead for even a split second. Although, to me, they did seem oddly better(Blanket I can’t tell)at the private friends and family funeral. -shrugs- The world may never know… Well if he does come back then I hope some day I get to give him a hug. Michael is so mysterious and funny! In Moonwalk he says he is not but he really is. I love him so much. I’ve been trying to keep a pretty close eye on what’s going on with MJ and the only problem I’m having is how was there a private burial let alone a burial with an unmarked grave when MJ is entombed? Whose in this unmarked grave? And what really struck me as strange is his sister Rebbie wasn’t at the funeral.And when does a famiy show up over an hour late for there son & brother’s funeral? Isn’t the parents usually there before everyone else?
i haven’t commented for a while-but in the Australian press there was a small piece reportedly friom the LA coroner! it said that MJ was a normal weight and about his tattoos, surgery etc and his heart weas healthy. It then said MJ was ? allegedly given that drug ?Profinel and other sedatives and thought to have died from this! Does that sound like a real Coroner’s findings! How can his heart be healthy if he had respiratory failure from drugs-his heart would have stopped and it does not mention the amount of drugs in system and which drugs. it does not mention if amount of drugs was considered lethal or anything about murder! Who cares if he had tattooed make-up, if he was overdosed!No one has investigated or spoken to his supposed ex-nurse who claimed he had begged for these drugs before. No murder charges have been laid, no trial has been considered and at MJ’s funeral his guests Liz T & Macauley C were smiling and chatting. How Bizarre!MJ may have escaped but no one is really answering what is going on, including the Press! & authorities!
I have a certain feeling that Michael had planned for this death hoax for many more years than just during the latest 3-4 years. In fact I believe it was a long term plan founded as early as 1993 when the first child sex allegations came out.Maybe I am wrong but I don´t think I am.

Michael Jackson’s autopsy report shows he was a fairly healthy 50-year-old: AP
The Associated Press Los Angeles | Thursday, October 1st, 2009 1:58 pm Los Angeles – Michael Jackson’s arms were covered with punctures, his face and neck were scarred and he had tattooed eyebrows and lips, but he wasn’t the sickly skeleton of a man portrayed by tabloids, according to his autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press.
In fact, the Los Angeles County coroner’s report shows Jackson was a fairly healthy 50-year-old before he died of an overdose. His 136 pounds were in the acceptable range for a 5-foot-9 man. His heart was strong with no sign of plaque buildup. And his kidneys and most other major organs were normal.
Still, Jackson had health issues: arthritis in the lower spine and some fingers, and mild plaque buildup in his leg arteries. Most serious was his lungs, which the autopsy report said were chronically inflamed and had reduced capacity that might have left him short of breath.
However, according to the document, the lung condition was not serious enough to be a direct or contributing cause of death.
“His overall health was fine,” said Dr. Zeev Kain, chairman of the anaesthesiology department at the University of California, Irvine, who reviewed a copy of the autopsy report for the AP. “The results are within normal limits.”
Kain was not involved in the autopsy. The full autopsy report has not been released publicly, but the AP obtained a copy.
Jackson died at his rented Los Angeles mansion June 25 after his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, administered the anaesthetic propofol and two other sedatives to get the chronic insomniac to sleep, court documents state. Propofol, normally a surgical anaesthetic used in operating rooms, acts as a respiratory depressant and requires constant monitoring,
Murray told police he left the room to use the bathroom and phone records show he also made calls for 47 minutes around the time Jackson encountered problems. When Murray realized Jackson was unresponsive, he began frantic efforts to revive him, but Jackson never regained consciousness and was declared dead at the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center.
The coroner’s office announced last month that Jackson’s death was a homicide caused by “acute propofol intoxication,” with the other sedatives listed as a contributing factor. They said the standard of care for administering propofol was not met and the recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was missing.
Murray is the target of what Los Angeles police term a manslaughter investigation. The decision on criminal charges will come from the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. Murray has been interviewed twice by police.
Except for a brief video posted to YouTube, Murray has not spoken publicly since Jackson’s death, and his lawyer Ed Chernoff did not immediately respond to requests for comment Thursday. In the video, Murray said: “I told the truth and I have faith the truth will prevail.” Murray’s attorney, Edward Chernoff, previously has said nothing Murray gave Jackson “should have” killed him.
Jackson was declared dead a little more than two hours after paramedics were called. Evidence of the desperate struggle to save the star were evident on his body. He had chest bruising and cracked ribs from CPR, and a mechanical device known as a balloon pump was inserted into his heart to try to restart it, according to the autopsy report.
Jackson’s body was taken by helicopter to the coroner’s office where the following morning Chief Medical Examiner Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran and Dr. Christopher Rogers carried out an extensive review and ordered a toxicology screening to look for drugs in his system.
Aside from propofol and the sedatives, the only substances found in his system were the local anaesthetic, Lidocaine, sometimes used to numb injection sites and ephedrine, a commonly used resuscitation stimulant.
No other drugs – legal or otherwise – were detected, nor was any alcohol.
Kain said he was surprised that three other sedatives, known as benzodiazepines, were present with propofol. Anesthesiologists sometimes mix one “benzo” with propofol to help put a patient under, but using three increases the danger for the patient.
“People don’t mix the benzodiazepines together because they interact with each other and increase the risk of respiratory arrest,” Kain said, adding it was likely Jackson first stopped breathing and then suffered cardiac arrest.
The autopsy findings cut off a potential defence for Murray – that Jackson hid serious pre-existing conditions that increased the risk of death from the drugs he willingly took. Even if he did hide a condition such as his weakened lungs, a prosecutor could argue Murray should have detected the condition before administering drugs, said Michael Brennan, a clinical law professor at the University of Southern California who specializes in criminal defence.
“A doctor has some obligation to know what his patient’s physical condition is,” Brennan said. “The doctor is going to try to substantiate whatever the patient told him … and not simply rely on a patient’s descriptions of his physical condition.”
At the time of his death Jackson was preparing for a series of comeback concerts in London. Rehearsals were rigorous and there were questions about whether Jackson would be physically able to hold up.
But aside from his lungs, the autopsy report did not identify any serious physical problems that might have limited Jackson’s ability to perform. It also provided details about his physical state from head to toes.
He had a ¾-inch scar behind his left ear and another apparent scar behind his right ear. He had a scar beside each of his nostrils and another, 4-inch scar on his right shoulder. He had a pair of additional scars about 3-inches long at the base of his neck and smaller scars on his arms and wrist. He also had a small scar near his navel and a 2-inch scar on the right-hand side of his abdomen.
Kain said most of the scars appeared to be from plastic surgery though others, like a scar on the knee, could have been from a medical procedure.
The medical examiner found numerous punctures on both arms and on a knee and ankle. The leg punctures could have been from intravenous therapies not described in the autopsy report, Kain said.
Jackson had several tattoos, all them cosmetic, including dark tattoos in the areas of both eyebrows and under his eyes, and a pink tattoo around his lips.
He was going bald at the front of his head, with his remaining hair described as short and tightly curled. The bald part of his scalp was darkened with what appeared to be a tattoo stretching across the top of his head from ear to ear.
The coroner found depigmentation of his skin around his chest, abdomen, face and arms.
The coroner also found Jackson was actively producing sperm.
Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman April Harding said the investigation was ongoing and she couldn’t comment further.
Whatever, I love him and will wait for his come back. I don’t blame him if this is true. He has reasons and I respect it because I admire him.

Cassandra tell us something about yourself. I am an intelligient person, but feel really dumb not knowing what to believe about MJ’s death. None of it seems real to me. I thought Mj was very clever and sensitive- I think it is possible he could escape his former life and hope he is still alive. If he is still with us, we may never know.

Well I have to say this is like HUGE! I must say for the past 2 months i actually belived it!! But.. the last weeeks and what I Have been reading.. and looking at pics and comparing them NOTHING ABSOULTLEY NOTHING adds up! First of all that was NOT MJ at the press confernce… people take a pic from March 2009 and put it up to the pic at the press confrence!!! NOTHING ALIKE….. look at every inch of it… Reading the stories.. watching the memorial service over and over…. and that MAN in second row behind the family….. NOBODY knows who he is??? Take pics and add them up again people…. I understand what u all saying about the family and why would they go through all this… and why would MJ put his children through all this…. well.. it’s all about MONEY… why is it EVERYTIME something BIG is suppose to happend.. La Toya is going to be on 60 minutes stating “Michael’s death was not an accident it was planned.’ We all know it’s been planned. How come no official charges have been made after all the media fuss asking how Michael died. Everyone is tooooo!! quiet for such a serious matter. They’d rather talk about costumes, make-up and gloves. It seems a real con to me, am I the only real cynical person. Mr & Mrs Jackson were the only two who nearly gave the game away- who goes to Kmart day after son’s death and who talks about new record companies? Come on. I saw an interview with MJ once about his kids- he was asked could they go to a school. He showed his real self and laughed and said”Come on- you’ve seen the media circus or what happens when they go out.” Seeing as they’ve now come out in public that gives me an answer why he’d disappear- he wants some normality for them, which happens when he is not around ( or around as we know him!).

If he is really in the hiding I bet that he with his family planned this…. It’s really impossible for MJ not to tell his family about his plan. There are lots of explanations for this. Cindy- even though a service was held- a memorial was held also. There were lots of lies told about the whereabouts of Michael’s body. How come his body could hang around for weeks and no security issues re this when all the fuss was made to fly him by helicopter for an autopsy, so no one would follow the body? Why all the footage of the body in the helicopter and the ghostly figure at Neverland, doesn’t it seem like hype? Was the picture in the ambulance fake? He looked very pink for a dead body!
Ok, I too had high hopes that Michael had Faked his death because of all the Red Flags surrounding his death. But, now I am leaning toward the fact that in fact he is dead, although I wish it weren’t true I believe that it just might be. Why would the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, CA. Have a huge Memorial service for him if he were dead. There was a beautiful service on September 3rd.I don’t think that they would have gotten involved in a hoax. The only explanation would be that, that they didn’t know. But, they did store his body there for the past 2 months why would they reveal that if it were so. Please people let Micheal RIP. I hope to god this is true, I know I wouldn’t hate him if he did reaapear, Id go crazy!!! I wasn’t a fan before he died, because I only heard he was crazy, but after his death I listened to his music, and I love it, its like a drug, I am ashamed I didn’t listen to it before, and If he does come back to us, God bless u Michael I love you 4ever, at least we have a glimpse of hope. I for one believe that Michael is alive and well. There are too many inconsistencies among family members, no grieving (except by fans), discrepencies, clues all over the place (including the Memorial) and the ‘last’ photo of Michael ever taken looks like when he did back in 1989 – HELLO????? Did you know that the person who took this picture is actually and EMT and licensed paramedic besides being a photographer? How helpful is that – to have that handy dandy expertise to help you ‘die’. I can’t wait for what’s coming next – oh yeah the ticket pre-sale of the This Is It movie. Do you think that maybe that might be cancelled or postponed just like everything else has? And since the rest of the world is talking about this hoax you can also ask why isn’t the Jackson family making a statement confirming that he really did pass away? Because he didn’t!!!! I Knew it! I had a feeling that he wasnt dead. Nothing seem to add up about his dead..for example the 911 call why didnt the person say the person is michael jackson then they would have come early..and the memorial it seem fake there was no friends close friends of michael..just celebs that never knew michael that well. Ok and Michaels children..i saw them and to be honest they seemed bored and calm. If that was my Dad i would be really upset and crying alot but they seem really calm. And when Paris was doing her speech i didnt see one tear drop. See my comment 16th July, all the drug raids etc-no one officially commented. No one has still officially commented on manslaughter charges! Of course if you were whisked away by gov’t autorities you would be so because they were trying to nail/arrest prople. The arrest makes sense if you are a protected witness. I still think most of death,and family actions after his death, funeral etc seems really fake. Maybe that’s just my view.

He was a genuinely nice person Deb. A lot of those guys were genuinely nice people just too many drugs around (they would say I shouldn’t say that)lol,but they agree. They all spoke to me as if I had been in their lives forever. My daughter was treated like a princess. She was young then and she was adorable.I will post a pic of her from back then when I have time. She was so gorgeous and I took pictures all of the time of her along the blvd. Look at other deaths. These people are dead and it is over. TMZ seems to want to keep the info alive. All of the trash mags and everything else reporting so many discrepancies. Think of that and all of the writings I have with his name mentioned and the times some are stated and who the writings are of and why and then I hear he is dead. Blew my mind for a little bit, but now I am back to earth knowing he will be around again. That memorial was a fame attention getter. Think how all of a sudden Omar is in the public eye. All of this stuff to take the real fans off of the truth and make us think of other things. If I am wrong and Michael is dead eternal life to him. I have written a lot since his death and I have to thank him again. I know him a bit from living in Hollywood and roller skating with my daughter on the bvld when I would take her to school or was out for the day. I lived off of Wilcox and Hollywood blvd near yucca franklin and vine. A lot of studios there and when I was there in the 89-95 time period of living (70S AND 80′ I traveled in and out of Hollywood and the surrounding areas) I was around many of the artists of the band era then along with a lot of head shops on the blvd. Many of the guys from skid row, poison, guns n roses, michael, many unknowns playing in the clubs like the trubador, roxy, whiskey and other places viper room these on the upper strip. My daughter and I would get invited to a lot of the shows. Back then when a new band was showing the band would receive free tickets. Living where we lived right off of Hollywood blvd we got a taste of Hollywood from the person side and not the stage side. My daughter went to the grade school dedicated after Michael on sunset. We had a lot of fun then. Everyone was so friendly. I was on the blvd almost everyday. Michael used to stop at McDonalds on highland and hollywood blvd. too. He would say hi and sometimes stop to talk, but I didn’t know him real personal only enough to notice certain things about him and who he was jamming with in music and sometimes I would see videos before they were released. I remember one time he wore a mask and I kept looking at him going is this real because in Hollywood it isn’t hard to make someone look real. For the longest time I laughed about that mask. I used to love when he would be around. I had a kind of crush on him. I couldn’t wait for him to be around. All of the guys were so friendly it was crazy. My daughter’s pic was on one of the guys refridges, I would have some of the people in my apartment, one promoter was in my place once and I remember saying I don’t think I want to be famous because fame was scary to me. I had written a lot back then the promoter saw. Michael was so sweet. It was more around his long hair white-spanish look. I remember the child molestation charges I shot off and defended him. I did know him a bit. Sorry about telling some of my history here. lol I still think about him a lot and a few of the back town places he would be not many people would know unless in the business. Believe it or not I wanted him to turn white. I would watch him and go I can’t get motivated to write with him black. (I would do a lie detector test). Well we dont even know if there was anything in the coffin now do we? Maybee it was empty, we dont really know anything yet, we have seen a dead body in the ambulance that didnt look like michael, a picture that was takin clear but the ambulance windows were black,strange,the whole thing is strange,first his dad confirmed that michael has secretly been burried and now his mom confirms he has been frozen.And the kids at the memorial? we dont even know if they were his kids,we havent seen them without masks before.I believe he is still alive and i think he will prolly come back!

Michael’s supposed pictures the ears are different in many. I lived in Hollywood. I remember Michael’s ears. Look at the pics where you can see the ears. That ear in the death pic is not Michaels in any way. I have a few other things I am looking into. Now, I didn’t know everything, but my span is from 70′s through mid 90′s more regular. To be shown something once or quikly in film or pic can be very deceiving. You really have to look deep that is all I am saying. Become a detective while you research.
I saw the MJHD selling shirts too. I wasn’t interested. No I don’t want a visit from TMZ, but I sure hope they get my view on this. Look at the videos and catch the changes. One change is in just one of the videos. I am just saying there is deception for a reason. If you notice in one of the videos Michael seems very nervous. I think it is strange there would be no monument or name. With the money from record sales they could hire a guard (too greedy). If Michael is dead it is sad. Well, I wan’t to belive that he is not dead, but why would his family act lke that? Spend millions of dollars on the memorial for someone that is still alive? La Toya deleted my comment because I told her like it is. I am sorry, but there are too many discrepancies in this stated death and the autopsy is delayed again. I doubt by all I have been reading of the facts leaving the gossip out that Michael is really deceased. And, if he is deceased why not open the casket to the public. He has been embombed. It would surely put to rest any questions. He was a public figure. Why not satisfy all of the public. Michael has noticable characteristics not even a waxed personification would impersonate. And, I don’t believe any of the stories of the condition. The 911 call wasn’t even believable. I mean this was Michael Jackson. I would have been frantic even if it wasn’t Michael Jackson. It isn’t illegal to fake his death unless he collected on insurance policies. Just because money in an estate in court is being held isn’t illegal. Money from an estate is the earnings on him and in his estate. He didn’t make anyone buy anything on his stated death. A memorial isn’t illegal. Now, maybe the purchases are to go as fraud, but would anyone really know so it wouldn’t be illegal. The way things are worded matters. It isn’t illegal to have alias for doctor’s prescriptions. I just want to see better evidencce and a clear picture and not a TMZ question and answer about his stated death. All of the questions don’t even pertain to Michael’s stated death really. Regardless of whether it is a hoax or not I haven’t seen good enough evidence or even investgation logical to be sure it wasn’t a murder plot. All the police or detectives are doing is getting drug info. So what?? So he took drugs. No one made him take drugs if he took drugs. So he was prescribed drugs. That doesn’t prove he died on drugs and if he took too many that isn’t a doctor’s fault. Where is the autopsy???? I listened to an interview. Michael said he was lonely. The interviewer said but you have millions of fans who love you. He said he didn’t love them. He didn’t know us. Michael loved his fans but he wasn’t in love with us. His family and friends meant more.

Did the police ever take finger prints at the estate? Everyone is fired if I am reading a true accounting. Did those people get interviewed by the police? Were the Jacksons interviewed by the police for taking possessions and was the storage those possessions placed in locked down by the police?? A crime scene after and security tapes are missing. Some people saw this and other people saw that. Was Michael’s car searched? Noone has mentioned his car. Where was his car and did the police search his car? Only one picture of a supposed Michael in an ambulance with darkened windows unable to be seen through and shadows of lights. Only one pap for a picture. That is absurd. Forget the molestation and the drug use and the investigation of doctors. So many different accountings of the events. Times do not coincide. An autopsy report still not out (coming into 7 weeks). A death certificate still not signed by anyone. Timing of reports not coinciding with what is said of the events. There are just too many discrepancies to be a murder. And, if I was his mother on the day after his death I certainly wouldn’t have been out shopping for anything. I would have been devastated. And, if I was his father I would have cancelled any shows too devastated to speak. And, at the memorial I would have been in tears more than a show event audience.

Another guy that was a limo driver in Las Vegas, just to name a few, and they said that he was a normal person and the most friendly, sincere person they have ever met, and didn’t expect him to be on drugs at all. He did own a house in Las Vegas before he moved to LA. So, the drug addiction BS is just a hoax to make it look like he did drugs so that the concert people could get the insurance money. He loved his fans but who needs to be mobbed every tine they go in public? He was tired and I can only imagine what it was like. It’s celebrities careers to entertain but I show them respect and leave them alone.
I have just finished reading the new book “Michael Jackson – Unmasked”. In it the author describes a conversation that he had with MJ. He told the author that he had 6 months to live. Then 6 months to the day he was “dead”. Too much of a coincidence?. This whole case is not somebody dying of a simple heart attack.
MJ has “Razzle Dazzled” the whole world. This is the performance of all civilization.
My insomnia is now exacerbated. This is all I can think of lately.
I hope MJ is reading all these blogs and websites devoted to this theory. I also hope this diary is real and more of it comes out.

How do you know anyone was in the casket? Did you see a body in a casket? There are too many discrepancies in the whole stated death. Most doesn’t make any sense and just because there is investigation being done doesn’t mean much. This whole event holds too many time waits. There are no excuses. Leaving the gossip out and the press what facts do you really know? You only know what you have been fed by the press and interviews. Again, media and story telling. Even Michael has been known to say some things and not other things. Where was Michael’s car? Was the car searched? Where are the witnesses to his death and the security tape is missing hmmmm? This is definately a questionable death event. I don’t even follow Michael as well as some fans do and I questioned the death from the very beginning. How do you know he did forty surgeries? Do you have all of the paper work? How about all of the drugs? Did you see all of the paper work? People have been out to bring bad press about him seems his entire career. I could go on and on about this event and probably will when I have some time on my site. Would you have cleared your son’s house out in two days? Would you have left the drugs and not called someone. All of this is questionable from the ambulance photo to everything else in this case. Do you think all of these doctors are going to be brought to court? I mean really… Was it a murder? I don’t think so. There are too many unanswered questions. More power to you Michael for all you have done in your life. This is the best again show of how money reigns and people will do anything for it. There will be accusation of tainted evidence, already compromise and a number of other excuses. A big media circus will occur then that will be the end of this. Everyone back to work cause the show will be over except for the paid interviews. I can hear it all now. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this case. And, on and on the saga grows.

I believe he might have faked his death but I don’t believe he left a diary laying around with his plans in it. Paris did look a little pushed into that speech at the memorial. I think the entire Jackson family helped Michael with this hoax. Joe Jackson is confused though. Someone needs to shut him up.

Well, I have read that there was a Security Guard that was paid to be MJ Look alike, he was dying of cancer and he was poor, and this was a way that he could insure his family’s well being after he died. I also read that the person that went to the hospital was bald (Chemo) and had needle marks all over him. (Chemo) and he only agreed to do 10 concerts not 50 and he was afraid that if he backed out the London concert people would kill him. I believe that Michael Jackson is alive a resting. I don’t believe there will be a comeback tour or anything. I think that he just wanted out and this was the only way that he could have a normal life. I posted this comment before, but it wasn’t shown. I think it is possible that MJ was in a protected witness program to catch those who were trying to give/kill him with ilegal drugs. Isn’t it really wierd that not long after he died detectives were posted at his home, If you or I died from suspected drug overdose, detectives would not just appear, did they appear suddenly at heath ledger’s? i think he could have been working woth authorities, it explains how his body did not really matter for an autopsy and how fake was that helicopter transfer of the body! you could transport any body from a morgue via usual transport and no one would know whose body it was and it would not be followed, why the special treatment? now all the reports such as keeping his brain and the photos of ulcerated swollen legs(fake), they are only being told to add to the drama, why didn’t these so called photos of MJ appear before, especially if he was insured for $100 million.it is all very contrived. There were millions of reasons he would benefit from disappearing, so he could lead a normal life with his kids, who never really went out with him much in public and financially he is better off. He looked well in photos of him with kids in march 2009, you don’t plan a comeback if you are that unwell. it is worth considering for all you unimaginative people.

i still not fully convinced that he is really dead but whether or not he is, i really think all sleazey things that are being said about his personal life needs to really stop. everyone has some kind of skelitons in their closets and im sure if a bone got out by someone other than ourselve we would not like it too much. so people really need to chill with the slander.
To dawn — yes, really. For one thing, if you’re gonna fake your death, adhere to the number one rule: DONT LEAVE ANY TRACKS. Having said that, Michael was an extremely intelligent man and I find it very hard to believe he would be THAT dumb. That is why I am insisting this post is completley false.
Secondly, he was a lyricist. Meaning, he would take out his emotions in his lyrics. That’s what lyricists do. Their songs ARE their diaries. It’s been said that there are a colossal amounts of songs that have been recorded and never released, so you mean to tell me he spent his downtime writing lyrics AND kept a personal diary? No. I also don’t believe that with as many scums hanging around MJ just to try and cash in, MJ wouldn’t be that stupid to keep a diary and hope it doesn’t get discovered.

i have to admit i am not 100% sure of his death either, call it denial if it makes you happy. all i know is it was very strange one minute he is fine, next minute he dead? 1st they said he collapsed next he was in bed not breathing. then there is cloak and dagger re: the funeral,wake,memorial, off all the the wakes and funeral i’ve attended, all caskets were open so in my heart of heart i dont feel like he is dead.

You know…this could have o good side and a bad one.The bad one,is that a lot of people commited suicide upon hearing about Michael’s death.Plus,the pain he caused to so many people.And i don’t even want to think about it in legal terms.The good one is that many would pe happy.And because we love him so much we would probably forgive his scam.To speak out the truth, he was visibly TIRED.The dead body can be explained.He could have had someone who looked like him in his place.Hell,who knows?Anything can happen.The man was a genius after all.

I thought this whole death hoax thing could be possible (even though faking your own death is a crime); but I never thought he would try to make a come back — think of the trouble he would be in; think of how many people would be furious at him and turn against him. But I did think that maybe he went into permanent hiding. HOWEVER. After seeing his daughter’s anguish at the memorial service on TV; I am convinced that there is No Way Michael, who supposedly adored him kids more than anything, would ever put them through such pain on purpose. It just doesn’t fly with me.

Although there have been some weird things going on even before he died, such as the impersonator in O2 conference, I do not believe that he actually faked. I think he indeed passed away and I pray he rests in peace.
before, there were hoax speculating that michael jackson was dead some 18 to 20 years ago..(i don’t believe that there could be an impostor who can dance as he can because his talent is unmatched) and then last june, he died of a cardiac arrest. and then now, he’s alive???? I LOVE this website and I HOPE it’s true that Michael has pulled an “Elvis” by faking his death for some much-needed peace in his life. I felt certain Paris’ antics were forced and faked at his memorial service. Secondly, I found out that Elizabeth Taylor, Michael’s dearest friend, did not attend the memorial. That is absolutely crazy to me. A theory I read on YouTube was that Michael went into hiding at Eizabeth Taylor’s place and if she never showed up for the memorial, this is all adding up. i find this very intriguing. as much as i would love for him to still be alive, who are your sources and how reliable are they? someone asked why it was not released to the public; well, i don’t believe it’s that easy and if it’s true, i’d imagine the information is far too sensitive to just release it to the general public. it seems it would be the family who’s notified of it first, but i could be wrong. while i’m not getting my hopes up, this is something i will definitely keep an eye on.

After watched the Memorial Service, and saw his daughter cried for her dad, I couldn’t imagine if MJ pretended to be dead. He treasured his children so much as he never left them.
