Was going to place a vote, but there is not an option for the most likely scenario in that Casey will likely not be found guilty of first-degree murder of Caylee.

If she really did say those things then she’s even more stupid than I thought. It would be a huge mistake to think that just because she’s young and pretty she won’t be sentenced to death. Anyone who believes that hasn’t been paying attention to the overwhelming majority who want Casey to pay the highest price for a little girl that the entire country came to love. Justice for Caylee. That’s what this is all about. People are elated that the DP is on the table. And I for one don’t believe it’s a ploy to make her plea bargain. I think they have good solid evidence.
I have mixed feelings in the death pentalty.I would of liked to of seen her life in prison with out parole.To me that would be worst punishment for her.i agree with Hilde ,Casey would be sitting on death row for ever.The Tax payers will be forking out the bill no matter what the jury decides…It gets to the point where you hear so much about people killing there own children or some one else’s you feel sometimes these people should get the death penaltyMaybe they would think twice before taking a defenseless child’s life.i don’t know what the out come of Casey’s trial will be,but whatever the jury decides justice i believe will come through ..Casey destroyed her own life when she took Caylee’s..This thing of doing the crime and paying the time.makes me something think maybe the laws need to be changed when someone takes a child’s life,sometimes I think they should be sentenced to death.Something has to be done to stop this evil in people that harms children..Its happening more and more in this world..Its becoming a point where good parents are afraid to even let there children go to school..As far as Casey’s tummy ache I could care less…..Her tongue should ache as much as she has lied!
She refers to the killer as “he.” Whatever happened to Zanny being the killer/kidnapper. This is a major slip on her part.
Interesting that Casey is using the word “him” now. This trial is going to be a circus.
IMO Casey Anthony won’t be getting the DP.
What I think would be fair is Life in Prison without Parole,
which is now more likely she can get since the DP is back on the Table.
Should she be sentenced to Death, which I believe is unlikely, she only would sit on Death Row for ever and there would be one Appeal after another and the Tax Payers in Florida would be footing the Bill. It’s bad enough they will be stuck with the Bill for her sitting in Jail for Life should she get LWP.
There is no other Murderer out there to look for and Casey A.
knows that very well.
The right Person is sitting in Jail for the Murder of Caylee, no Doubt about that.
It will be up to the Jurors of her Peers to figure out what to do with her.
Her Life as she knew it is over anyway You look at it!
About her Stomach Ache who really cares?
She thinks the person who did this should get the chair because of what he did to “her”? What about Caylee? That’s who this was done to.
